What Is a Cut and Edge Service?
Our Cut and Edge service is designed to provide custom-sized MFC (melamine-faced chipboard) panels, accurately cut to your specifications using our in-house CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. We then apply a precision edge-banding finish to each piece, ensuring a professional look and durability.
Whether you need panels for fitted wardrobes, kitchens, bathroom furniture, study areas or media walls, our Cut and Edge service ensures you get exactly what you need—on time, every time.
How the Process Works

- Send Us Your Panel List: Provide us with your cutting list or we can help create one from your design drawings.

- CNC Precision Cutting: Our CNC machines cut every board to the exact dimensions required, accurate to less than a millimetr!

- Edging Applied: We apply matching or contrasting edging tape to give your panels a high-quality, finished look. We even have Ply edging effect!

- Ready for Pickup or Delivery: Your panels are ready to collect from our Eastwood factory — or we can deliver them straight to your job site.
